Sarah is a Memphis, Tennessee native who relocated to Orange County in 2020 for her husbands’ calling to a new fire department. Her immersive journey into midwifery care and holistic health began with the pregnancies and births of her two children in 2015 and 2016.

Sarah has been helping woman in pregnancy and birth since 2017, when she received training as a perinatal and labor support specialist, embracing women throughout their pregnancies. Sarah has been a part of the South Coast Midwifery family since 2020 and is a Certified Professional Midwife. Additionally, Sarah is a Certified Placenta Encapsulator and is always amazed by their providence.

She thoroughly enjoys advocating for families’ rights to informed consent and decision making while supporting their individualized choices throughout their care.

In her free time, she enjoys homeschooling her children, exploring plant based eateries, playing with her 10 year old American Pitbull Terrier “Shea” Butter and hiking this beautiful country with her family.

Sarah is a Memphis, Tennessee native who relocated to Orange County in 2020 for her husbands’ calling to a new fire department. Her immerseful journey into midwifery care and holistic health began with the pregnancies and births of her two children in 2015 and 2016.

Shortly after, she received training to become a perinatal and labor support specialist, embracing women throughout their pregnancies. She later began her involvement with South Coast Midwifery as an intern while awaiting acceptance to midwifery school. Once accepted, she began her preceptorship as a Student Midwife. Additionally, Sarah is a Certified Placenta Encapsulator and is always amazed by their providence
