Breastfeeding 101 (Live/Virtual): 6-8pm

In this live, virtual class you will learn the key things to know to breastfeed your baby comfortably, establish a milk supply, and continue breastfeeding for as long as you’d like, as well as how to prepare to go back to work and/or introduce a bottle while maintaining your milk supply. Newborn Care (live/virtual): 6-8pm

In this live, virtual class you will learn sleep basics, diaper changing, swaddling, considerations for baby bathing, and how to use a baby wrap. You will also receive guidance on the newborn basics/products you need. This workshop is hands-on learning, please have a baby doll or stuffed animal, a diaper, wipe, and swaddle to learn
